Vioxx/Merck/Consumers Refunds?

Has anyone else recieved a check from Merck for postage of $1.11 for your cost in sending back your unused Vioxx pills after the Sept 2004 recalls. I did and thats all I have heard from them and trying to get information from them on any refund on pills amount is like pulling teeth, they all give a run around and won't tell us consumers anything. Is there a Consumers web site only on this discussion, and if so I'd like to have the address. Thank You!
