Googling my way to an answer, I came to CRMDaily.com - which does not ever appear to mention the literal meaning of CRM; Well anywhere that I could find.
Finally I noticed a link to an article where somebody had actually used three words in a row that each started with C then R then M (Customer Relationship Management) and am now imagining those words are the basis for the CRM ackronym.
Maybe it's too obvious for those who are in the thick of it everyday, but my opinion is that CRM Daily.com could put that info SOMEWHERE in their first page - or have an FAQ button.
Thanks!
