What differentiates a Mac user from a PC user, assuming the usage decision is uncoerced by an employer? My wife answered that question with a list straight from Jeff Foxworthy: You think virus protection is what you get a flu shot for; You actually make a conscious choice in selecting your Web browser and presentation software; You have suppressed a smile at the sound of another user rebooting their computer for the fifth time that day; You dress up in a black turtleneck and jeans to go out at Halloween; You've never sworn about a service pack.

I like your wife's list. A few more additions and a little editing and it could become one of those anonymous snippets of humor that get passed around on the Internet.
Here are a couple of suggestions. You might be a Mac user if you think Adware is a T-shirt with a company logo on it.
Spyware is a trench coat and fedora.
Yes. I know that I'm mixing up "wear" with "ware," but it makes a better joke...

This is pretty close to what I use to say.
Windows users are like garagegeeks, changing the cylinder top and adjusting the vavle gaps marks a great evening, and then in between garage jobs, you drive like hell in your grey turbo trimmed Xanday X1000 with plastic seats and no aircondition.
We mac users on the other hand, truly enjoy our 100.000 miles in our comfortable luxury sedans, which gets us from point A to point B with no fuss, in time.
