I think organizations should start using the web 2.0 tools to innovate their business processes. Those tools can be used in product development, marketing, sales, support, election campaigns, and fundraisers. The website of Barack Obama is a good model for not-for-profit organizations to promote ideas, recruit supporters, and raise money.
