Almost every Linux OS has a forum. A great place to start when things go wrong. The vast amount of knowledge of people that participate and in general their helpfulness is amazing. To get help first search the forum for post with the exact same problem, then if need be ask your question, be respectful to Linux and the forum members and give as much information as possible.
That said not all forums are the same. Debian Forum which has more advanced users has little use for newbies easy questions with statements like "RTF" (read the f-ing manual) for simple newbie question to Ubuntu Mate and Zorin Forums where there is almost unlimited patience in helping people new to Linux.
