CRM solutions provider Point Information Systems announced Monday that Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America — one of the top 50 life insurers in the United States — has implemented Point Information Systems’ CRM system throughout its U.S. sales organization.
The Wellesley, Massachusetts-based company said Allianz will use the CRM solution to develop stronger relationships with its field representatives. Point’s Team Point 41 Platform will also allow Allianz to extend its customer system to handheld Palm computers, the company said.
Point Information Systems had previously provided CRM solutions to Allianz in Germany, Argentina and France. The company’s solutions are deployed in 18 languages across 35 countries.
